- Preliminaries: Weekly-Biweekly Meeting Times must be established. First Meeting should be held with President Nominee before annual Meeting to inform President to be of tradition of having a Board meeting Immediately after annual meeting to appoint Executive Committee- there after meetings can be face to face, skype, telephone or combination
