Fiscal Management

The financial operations shall be based on sound financia1 p1anning, prudent management of capital, operating income and expenditures. The fiscal affairs of the organization shall be managed consistent with the mission of the organization and in accordance with sound accounting practices and legal requirements. (January 1987)

Fiduciary Accounts

Individual staff responsibility to keep fiduciary accounts will be assigned where appropriate and upon assumption of responsibility, accounts will be kept according to Association prescribed procedure. (October 1986)
